About us
Software for people who work for themselves
FreelioPro is a product of Swift Byte Solutions (Private) Limited, a company registered in Sri Lanka. We build one thing: the administrative half of freelancing - the part that sits between doing good work and being paid for it.
Why we built it
Freelancers rarely lose work because they are bad at the work. They lose it in the gaps: a file buried in a chat thread, a round of revisions nobody wrote down, an approval given verbally and remembered differently, an invoice that went out and was never followed up.
The usual answer is five tools stitched together - cloud storage for the files, a chat app for the client, a spreadsheet for the money, a separate invoicing service, and a website builder for the portfolio. That works, in the sense that it does not quite fall over. But the client experiences it as five different logins, and the freelancer experiences it as five monthly bills and no single place where a project actually lives.
FreelioPro puts the project, the client's view of it, the approvals, the invoices and the finished portfolio piece in one place - and gives the client a single private link that asks nothing of them but a password.
What we build
Projects and timelines
Every client engagement in one place, with the deliverables attached to the stage of work they belong to.
Client portals
A private, password-protected space where a client reviews and approves work. They never have to create an account.
Invoices and earnings
Professional invoices generated in your own browser, and a running picture of what you have been paid.
A public portfolio
The work you are proud of, on a page at your own username, without standing up a website for it.
How we operate
These are not aspirations. Each one is a decision already built into the product, and each is written down in our Terms or Privacy Policy where you can hold us to it.
We never touch your money
FreelioPro is not a payment processor. Invoices here are records you share with a client; they pay you however you already arrange it. We take no cut and hold no funds - which also means we cannot chase a client for you, and we say so plainly rather than implying otherwise.
Your work stays portable
You can download every file you have uploaded, and export your projects, client contacts, invoices, timelines and messages as spreadsheets, a contact file, and a PDF of every invoice. No part of that is gated behind a paid plan or a support request.
Deleting means deleting
When you close your account it is removed immediately and permanently, and there is no backup we could restore it from. We would rather tell you that before you decide than discover it together afterwards.
Analytics that do not follow you
We run our own analytics and use no third-party service. No cookie is set, no raw IP address is stored, and the visitor identifier is a salted hash whose salt rotates daily, so it cannot be linked across days or reversed. We do not profile people and we do not sell anything to advertisers.
How we make money
Subscriptions, and nothing else. There is no advertising on FreelioPro, we do not sell or share personal data, and your projects and client details are never used as a product of their own.
The free plan is a real plan rather than a countdown: two projects, three assets and one invoice per project, 500 MB of storage. If that is all you need, it stays free. Paid plans exist for people whose volume genuinely outgrows it - more projects, more storage, larger uploads, custom portfolio layouts and invoice branding. You can see exactly what each one costs on the pricing section.
If a paid plan lapses, your projects, timelines, invoices, portals and messages are kept - not deleted, not held hostage. Uploaded files are given a 30-day window with three email reminders, and re-subscribing at any point in that window restores everything.

Questions, problems, complaints and things you wish this did all go to the same place, and a person reads them. If you have an account, your message arrives with your plan and history already attached, so you do not have to explain yourself twice.
