What happens if I run out of storage?

Nothing is deleted. New uploads and new projects pause until you free up space or move to a larger plan. Viewing, downloading, invoicing, messages and client approvals keep working.

Does FreelioPro collect my client payments?

No. Send invoices and track their status in your workspace. Client payments take place outside FreelioPro, and you mark the invoice status yourself.

Can my clients use the portal without an account?

Yes. Clients use the project link and passcode you share with them. They do not need a FreelioPro account.

What’s included in Free?

Free includes 500 MB of storage, 2 projects, 1 invoice per project, 3 assets per project, and 2 custom steps per project. Each file can be up to 50 MB.
