Can we try a warmer color palette? The current blue feels too cold for the brand.
Asset Metadata
Description
Updated logo design with revised typography and color scheme. Version 2 of 3 initial concepts.
Revision History
When a client requests a revision on an asset, it appears in the Revision History section below the file preview. Each revision shows:
- The client's feedback or reason for the revision
- The client's reference files or links
- The date and time the revision was requested
- The current status of the revision
To address a revision, click Mark as Addressed. You can optionally upload a new version of the file or provide a description of the changes made.
Addressed revisions are shown with a green indicator and the response details. This creates a clear audit trail of client feedback and your responses.
Edit Asset Metadata
Click the Edit button in the header to modify the asset title and description. This is useful for adding context to deliverables or updating names after client feedback.
The edit form appears in the sidebar replacing the description section. Click Save to apply changes or Cancel to discard them.
Asset Metadata Sidebar
The right sidebar displays key information about the asset:
Upload Date
When the file was originally uploaded
Status
Current approval status (Pending, Approved, Revision)
Below the metadata, the asset description is displayed. If no description was provided, a placeholder message is shown.
