Every project automatically generates a unique client portal link and password. Find it on the project detail page under the Client Portal Access section. Copy the link and password and send it to your client via email, messaging, or any secure communication channel.

When clients visit the portal link, they are prompted to enter the password you provided. This ensures only authorized clients can access the project information.

After authenticating, clients land on the portal home dashboard. It features a welcome banner with quick stats, a progress bar, navigation cards for Timeline & Assets and Invoices, and a current step highlight.

Clients can access the Timeline & Assets page to see the full project timeline, review deliverables for each step, and approve or request revisions on individual assets. This is the primary workspace where clients interact with your work.

Rather than saving deliverables one file at a time, your client can take the whole project in a single click. The Download all filesbutton appears on the portal home page and on the Timeline & Assets page, and packages every uploaded file in the project into one ZIP archive.

The archive is built in your client's own browser and streamed straight to their disk, so there is no waiting for a server to prepare anything and no limit imposed by email attachment sizes. Files are named after the assets they came from, so the archive arrives organised rather than as a pile of random filenames.

Only files that were uploaded to FreelioPro are included. Assets that are external links point at storage you control elsewhere, so there is nothing for the portal to package - your client follows those links as usual.

Clients can leave comments on individual assets, request revisions, or approve work with a single click. When a client provides feedback, you receive a notification on your Notifications page.

The revision workflow keeps everything organized: clients request changes, you upload updated versions, and mark revisions as addressed. This eliminates scattered email threads and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

The Invoices page shows all invoices for the project. Clients can view invoice details, check payment status, and download PDFs. Clients may view detailed information by selecting an individual invoice.

Clients can view all invoices associated with the project directly from the portal. Each invoice displays line items, totals, and payment status. Clients can download the PDF or mark invoices as Accepted.
