Compare the Free and paid plans
Everyone starts on the Free plan, which is generous enough to manage a couple of clients. When you outgrow it, upgrading removes the limits and gives you the storage and branding you need to look professional.

Choose a storage tier
Paid plans are organized by how much storage you need. Every paid tier includes unlimited projects, invoices, and assets, so you only pay for storage. The bigger the tier, the more total storage and the more files you can keep.

Upgrade your plan
Go to Subscription from your workspace sidebar. Pick a billing period (monthly or yearly), choose a storage tier, then click the upgrade button. Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, and your new plan takes effect immediately.
Choosing yearly billing saves you up to roughly 20% compared to paying monthly.
Change, downgrade, or cancel anytime
You are never locked in. From the Your plan page you can switch tiers, move between monthly and yearly billing, or cancel. When you cancel, your paid features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you go over your storage
If you are storing more than your plan allows - most often after moving to a smaller tier - uploads and new projects are paused until you are back within your allowance. Everything else carries on exactly as normal: viewing, downloading, deleting, invoicing, and talking to your clients. Your clients see no difference at all.
Nothing is deleted because you are over your allowance. You have 30 days to sort it out, and three ways to do it:
- Free up space - every file you are storing, largest first: current files, earlier versions and client screenshots, each on its own row and filterable by type and project stage, with a running total so you can see when you have selected enough. You choose what goes; we never choose for you
- Move to a plan with a larger allowance, and the pause lifts immediately
- Download everything and close your account
If the 30 days pass and nothing has changed, uploads simply stay paused. Your files are still there.
What happens if your plan ends
If your subscription ends while you are still over the Free plan limits (for example, you have more than 2 projects), your projects, timeline steps, invoices, client portals, and messages are all kept. You keep view and download access to everything, and your client portals carry on working.
To return to full editing, either delete projects until you are back within the Free limits, or re-subscribe to restore unlimited access.
Uploaded files are the one exception. Storage is the part of the service with an ongoing cost behind it, so when a paid plan lapses we keep your files for a further 30 days and then remove them. That window exists so you have time to get your work out, and you are not left to notice it on your own:
- We email you when the 30 days begin, again at the halfway point, with a week left, and on the final day
- A banner in your workspace shows the exact date throughout
- We never remove files without having sent that final warning first
Re-subscribing at any point during those 30 days cancels the removal entirely - the countdown is cleared and nothing is deleted. External links attached to your assets are never affected, because there is no file of yours for us to store.
